The last five bucks I’ll ever spend at Dunkin’ Donuts! Stale yet somewhat undercooked bagel served with tepid egg blob, unmelted cheese and super cold bacon. Hot cocoa was basically warm milk type product with what passed for whip cream on top. The last two orders were not much better I have learned my lesson. stick with McDonald’s
This used to be a great Dunkin location until recently. Had issues two days in a row at this location, the first time the gentleman at the drive thru just handed me my order and shut the window without so much as a 'have a nice day' or 'thats everything you ordered' and the second time I tried to use a free beverage coupon and the guy didn't even know what he was scanning first of all, so he proceeded to check out and when I asked him to scan it again, he said try it next time. Really?
I have always loved this Dunkin’. Until the past couple of months every time I get my drinks they are never correct. There’s barely any ice. They forgot the cream another time. They never say have a good day. They hand you your drinks and close the window. I went to the other Dunkin and had them fix my drink. They said they have so many people come and have them fix their drink because they are not right.
