This driver right here needs his Class A revoked. This driver cut off numerous cars displaying very intense signs of road rage on 07/16/2018 at approximately 5:56 pm Eastern. Being someone who's in / has been in the transportation industry for over 10 years, this driver would be on immediate suspension pending review and I would never allow him to represent any company of mine.

They can't even pave the lot because it's all mud. Not happy about having to go there.

These guys were contracted from Colonial Van Lines. They were set to arrive June 7th. They got lost on the way to our house. We live on a military installation. When they arrived, they were two hours late. An hour was spent doing paperwork as they sat around and made small talk.nnFinally, when they got on the clock to start moving, they immediately took a lunch and smoke break for 20 minutes.nnMy husband and I had packed up the entire house, took inventory, and brought all the boxes outside, so all they had to do was load it onto the truck. They spent over four hours loading the truck with our stuff, taking frequent breaks. Four-freaking-hours.nnWe followed them to the weigh station afterward just to make sure they didn't pull any shady stuff. Apparently our household goods were 2000+ pounds more than what was quoted to us. We didn't get a chance to see them weigh the truck empty, so we are suspicious of that. We will be requiring them to allow us to inspect and weigh the truck before and after, just to ensure they did the right thing when they weighed it the first time. That is, if we ever get our stuff.nnThey told us that our belongings would go straight to storage in the city we were moving to. That was a lie. It's still in storage in Alabama where we moved from. We called them two weeks ago to tell them we had gotten our house and were ready for our stuff. We were initially quoted a window to receive our things between June 21st and July 1st. They didn't even call us to tell us they weren't coming on those dates. We were then told that they wouldn't arrive until the 4th of July. With that being said, we canceled our plans. They just called today (July 3rd) to tell us that we won't get our things until the 8th. They also told us their truck broke down in Missouri...while our stuff is still sitting in Alabama. So, doing the math, they will have our stuff for over 30 days when we were ready for it three weeks prior. We are currently living out of suitcases, sleeping on an air mattress, and eating fast food since our pots and pans are with the movers. Needless to say, we are pissed and have surpassed our threshold for patience.nnThis move has cost us $7,000+ and most of our sanity. Whatever you do, don't call Colonial Van Lines or J T Express. They will screw you harder than you've ever been screwed before.

Avoid at all costs. Will just dump furniture at random rooms and will leave as soon as they can.
