I only gave it a 3 because the staff is super friendly and I loved their beds. However, the owner is extremely disrespectful, does not care about her clients happiness, and only wants your money. I can say I have tanned at multiple places and this used to be my favorite but it is now my least favorite. The staff should not suffer because of their boss nonetheless!
The Owner is very unfriendly and rude. They will steal your money and take advantage of younger girls. They are unwilling to help or make her wrong right. She was unprofessional. They claim all sales are final but it not on their site, on their pamplet, or in the front lobby where it is visible for customers to see. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
Sunsational is the best place to tan!! They have the most friendliest staff I have ever seen!! The place is always spotless! The workers are willing to help you find the best lotions for you! Also they go above and beyond to make your tanning experience one of a kind! Would recommend to anyone!

My favorite tanning spot hands down. Sundays are half off and they have tons of promos and very helpful staff. Their Platinum beds are unmatched and their Versa Spa tanning beds are excellent.
