When I first heard of this company and saw the website I thought it was to good to be true. I’ve been driving and doing flatbed for 10+ years but once I got connect with my recruiter and the hiring coordinator for the company (Brandon) man I tell you it has become my dream job. Brandon is an amazing guy. Honest from the first call, took time to explain just who they are and what I can expect and he was not lying. Man it was good talking to him for hours about the position. The internal staff is amazing from top to bottom. But I can’t say enough good things about Brandon and the job he does as the face of recruiting for that company. Go COTC!

Brittaney? Katie ? Who knows. Really rude. Super rude. Misrepresenting the company In a huge way. Who ever is in charge. Make sure you micro manag . If not will keep loosing shippers. Thank you.

I'm in orientation so far everything in the recruiter promised me on the phone is true lucky for him haha I think this company is going to be a good fit really nice people

Terminated because their equipment failed on me. Was unable to see speedometer or tach because the lamps had burned out. I told maintenance to fix it and they didn't. Consequently received a speeding ticket and was terminated because of their failure to maintain equipment

Personal grudges aside.. good people and good trucks. My departure was not pleasant but my coworkers where helpful and made sure its was better than it could have been. Shoutout to the shop and aid staff.
