First of all let me start by saying this is how trucking customer service should be! This company is hands down the best I have dealt with in the last month. Super personable on the phone and really care about the residential deliveries. I have nothing but good things to say about Michelle and the customer service she had with me. She went above and beyond what is required. Thank you again Michelle and everyone involved!
Probably the worst people we've ever worked with! They loaded my driver with damaged boxes and then accused him of damaging them in the process. He had to stay the whole day and night to wait for them to let him know what he should do with the excess product and in the end sent the product back WITHOUT paying for the trip. Also, don't appreciate anybody's time and don't rush to help. NOT TO MENTION LOADING AND UNLOADING TAKES WAAAY TOO LONG. AVOID THEM!
Don’t go to work here. There’s way better places to work. Paychecks never right, no organization oh yeah as soon as your not management’s buddy they’re letting you go. The equipment is trash, glad I found a way better company to work for.
Fast friendly staff, in and out quickly
I love this place. Great people with a great family atmosphere. If you’re looking for a local job, this is the place to be. Don’t be a number, be a name and feel like you matter. I give them and their customers my best everyday, and they give me their best everyday. Yes, it’s still Trucking, yes, there will be aggervation , but at the end of the day, you feel appreciated and that is priceless! Thank you TSI
