Verizon Authorized Retailer – Cellular Sales

Please read this review! -nnMy family and I were on a plan with 12 gigs and 4 bonus gigs. One of the employees at this store, promised me multiple times that we would save money is we switched to the unlimited plan. I trusted him, and went forward with it. Our next bill rolls around and it is $80 a month higher. I came back in for an explanation and they told me that they could not fix it. They did that twice. So, they screwed me over and I ended up paying more for the plan that would save me money. It took me hours of contacting Verizon over the phone to get this resolved. Needless to say, I will never go to this Verizon store again.

I loved working with Carrie McConnell! She definitely made my experience one of the best I've had at any Verizon. She gave me options for a new phone without pressuring me into something I didn't want, was efficient with the data transfer and transaction, and just overall easy to interact with.

Great knowledgeable service! Tony set me up with the perfect phone and was able to transfer all my old phones content and when I came in I couldn't even get it turned on. Definitely the best Verizon store in central Oregon!
