The manager and his coworker were extremely helpful getting the stereo installed in my 1997 Mustang GT when i just showed up at 4pm (without an appointment). I was throwing questions at him about the horrible things i saw on youtube about the Mach 460 factory stereo and not once did he get confused. They made sure i got all the features i wanted and they even made sure to show me how to make the system sound better. Outstanding customer service! Thank you very much guys!
