These guys just installed new carpets in my bedroom. The entire process was easy from start to finish. Isaac did a great job getting our measurements done and working with us even when switched the plans up a bit.nnThe installer did a great job as well. Very professional and well spoken. AND HE CLEANED UP HIS MESS which is awesome and unheard of. This is the best place to get your flooring!!
We just had new carpet fitted in three rooms plus stairs. Tom was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant without being pushy. I highly recommend Premier Carpets.
I called today to verify houra of operation. I just left the store. It is 4:43 pm on a Friday. The open light is on, but no one is answering the phone, the door locked and we even knocked. Sad.
Knowledgeable sales person (not high pressure). Extremely friendly staff in the office and the installers. The Installers did an amazing job and we love our new vinyl tile floors!
We are totally satisfied with our new floor. The entire selecting and having it installed were excellent. Personality is a biggie with us, and that was a major with Tom and his staff.
