The delivery team I had today was fantastic. Best delivery service I could have asked for. The guys were professional and also friendly, very easy to have in my home. Wish I would have got the name of the driver, he was really on top of everything. Would recommend.
Scott(sales person) and Chris(manager) were amazing to work with. Scott made sure to allow us to take our time and search before making a decision and adequately took care of us the entire process. Chris followed up with us upon leaving and made sure we had a positive experience and we even noticed him throughout our stay making sure all customers were taken care of. Floor and entire store was clean, and with everything going on that’s definitely something we were happy to see entering and walking around. Definitely recommend purchasing here for any home needs. Great service, great staff, and great furniture.
Love the new sectional. It was just delivered today. Was exactly what we ordered. The delivery team was extremely polite. We would recommend purchasing from this store and using the delivery service. I know we will!!!
The staff were very helpful. I actually called another store in Louisville first and they wouldn't answer the phone? I decided to go to VCF. I was left alone until I had questions and our salesman all the way to our checkout were very easy to deal with.
This is our second couch from VCF. They have Good furniture at good prices. Delivery was on time and quick. Would recommend to anyone
