Walmart Pharmacy

Why so many mean ole sour faced techs? The ones I've encountered are not helpful at all,nand so rude.nnOnly good thing here is price.

They sold me some drugs....

I would rate pharmacy at a zero rather than one star...very rude pharmacy tech....she has been rude many times..how about wearing your name facing out so people know your name ..today was the last straw for me...simply asking and double checking a prescription they claim they did not receive yet my other one was ready..which that is fine..maybe the order didnt go through...i called the doctors office and they said they would resend it....again fine.but the woman who rings you up and gives you your script acted annoyed...this is not the first time..i have never been rude to her..i was simply trying to figure out what was going on as i am in pain and needed this script...also when I had the doctors office on the phone some other lady working there tells me they don't talk to doctor's in a rude manner..i had told her i had the doctors office on the phone...and the other lady just acts like she would care less about customers....she looks at her computer and says in a rude manner..if we had it it would be on the computer....i am livid to be treated like that...i did not say anythlng to her about the behavior....so...assistant mananger tells me she will speak to whoever is over the pharmacy butshe couldn't force anything to be done about it... ????....so...she gave me phone number for a higher up to which I did call ...the info was taken down and I was told i would receive a call within 3 days....really?...i probably wont be contacted would be my guess...if you are going to be dealing wlthpeople in customer service you have to have people skills... its like it was a bother for her that I was asking about the script ...i will finish up this months scripts and take my business elsewhere i am no longer going to toleratatenit and say nothing to this womannas i have never called her out on it...but I will certainly try to get something done about it...enough is enough

This pharmacy is a complete joke. You call your prescriptions in and 6 hours later I'm still waiting. The lady at pick up is completely rude and has not a nice bone In her body. Not sure why you can't get good customer service here but take my advice go else where!!!!!
