I will start by saying I am not in the trucking occupation, but do understand traffic and safety laws of driving. One night I had to slam on my brakes because a semi turned into my lane and I nearly escaped hitting him on my passenger side where my niece was sitting. I wrote an email to the wrong Spirit Logistic (being this one) and instead of the owner having any tact I received a cold response, which then I apologized for contacting the wrong company and stated that he should have customer service etiquette. After that I was told that I was ignorant and do not matter because I am not a customer of his company.
