Booked a load with them a week ago. They could't made a new appointment for the receiver, as the shipper refused to let us go just because they have too much products. After loosing 5 days in waiting for a new appointment, we arrived on receiver and they refused a pallet, therefore we lost another day. During all this situation broker Eric usually was ignoring us refusing to pay fair for all this waiting and stress. I can recommend working with CMT if you want to loose time and money.

Booked the load with Eric. As previous review shows, this guy dissapears as soon as you have the load in your trailer. Shipper took 12 hrs to load, so delivery appt is missed. Next delivery appt was several days later with the frozen load ! Nobody cares at this brokerage, nor they are willing to compensate you for you troubles. Carriers, if you want to make some money, this is not the broker you want to use. He'll make you loose money. Advised my dispatchers to avoid them like plaque , and advising my fellow carriers to do the same. Companies like that shouldn't be in this business.

Booked a load and was given a rate confirmation stating an appt time for earlier than we received it. Was told we would be a work in at shipper, driver was there for 8 and half hours and we let them know and asked for detention that day. They asked for BOLs after leaving shipper which we provided. We accepted tracking as they asked. We got to delivery on time still regardless of wait at shipper. Then they did not respond to our 4 emails (there was 4 people in email CCd from their company) until the day of delivery when driver got to receiver and stated that since we were work in we get no detention for shipper. Cost my driver and company time and effort. We shouldnt have to pay our driver out of pocket because a brokerage didnt meet their original appt time that we had no part in.
