Always fresh, with friendly customer service. Tried a catering order and it was perfect - fresh, hot pretzels for a work treat. Everyone loved it!

Excellent service and staff!! Very clean and professional. Our visit there was definitely a great experience. By far some of the freshest pretzels I've had in a very long time. The kids loved it too! Will absolutely go back and hopefully very soon. Thank you all so much!

Of course pretzel is amazing but service super slow! 1 register. 5 workers. Customers lined out the door. VERY SLOW. NOT IDEAL FOR WEEKEND BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS AT AN OUTLET MALL!!! 5 w

Pretzels are always great and fresh! Staff is super nice however I only gave 4 stars because of the assistant manager. She always seems to be in a bad mood and is constantly complaining out loud.

Great service from Elizabeth very friendly. Observed her waiting on multiple customers and she never skipped a beat. She knew exactly where everything was. One girl needs training on how to do am an ice cream cone. Presentation is key to good reviews.
