DO NOT BUY A CAR SEAT FROM THIS COMPANY. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU NEED TO RETURN IT, they make it as difficult as possible. I sent 2 emails to the email address they tell you to in your order confirmation if you have any problems and both emails were returned undeliverable. Trying to speak to someone about returning a car seat purchased directly through Safety 1st.com. Sat on hold for 20 min. only for a message to come on telling me I've contacted them after their business hours to leave a message. It's Tuesday at 4:30?? Don't think so!! I guess I would not recommend buying from this company as they are not consumer friendly.
All the negative reviews made me think poorly of this place. But I'd like to say that people here are great.. friendly, and DO ALLOW drivers to use restroom. The gal in the shipping window was about as pleasant to speak with as she is to look at ! Arrived early, she worked me in, skid tandems, in dock, unhooked n' being loaded ...nThank you !!
