I purchased my phone there and they opened my account and started service for my phone. Recently a new monthly charge for gaming has been coming on my Sprint bill. They told me they cannot assist me what so ever with any issues. They don't assist or handle any trouble with you services. They only sell you a phone. I am unable to speak with a person at Sprint even with their star 2 instructions. This poor behavior is not what I ever experienced at other phone providers. Also I did not mention to them. Last year, at the same store I did receive help with my Sprint account, but now they have changed their policy and they just sell you the phone now.
The person in charge does not know how to do anything, for everything he has to call and ask for help, 90 minutes waiting and he cannot activate a phone of the person in front of me
Workers un knowable and rude!
Worst customer service ever and they don't fix phones help will your bill. Very rude. They deserve zero. They only want your money.
