We walked knowing we needed a new mattress but thats all we had to go on, Jessica greeted us very warmly. She did a WONDERFUL job helping us navigate through the different styles and levels of comfort in mattresses. I am still in complete shock that she was able to get us everything we were looking for and keep us under our budget by 3 cents! Last thing,, they were so Sweet to our kiddos! Simply amazing experience. I highly recommend.
From the moment I walked in the door Jessica/Jess took great care of me the entire time I was there. Jess was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. After asking what I was looking for she immediately presented me with the kind of mattresses I was shopping for. First time buying my own mattress. It was a lot at first but Karen listened to what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. She was able to help me find a high quality mattress in the price range I was looking for. She was also very knowledgeable in the other products I would need to keep the mattress in good shape. Overall it was a good experience and I'm glad I decided to come to Mattress Firm. Highly recommend the store and go to Karen if you can she's great.
Karen and Jess were both very professional and knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. We enjoyed working with them. I definitely recommend going to Mattress Firm North National in Columbus Indiana if you're in the market for a new mattress.
