Not happy was charged 83.00 they said it didn't take and charged me again 84.00 and said first payment would be refunded that day .its now been over 3 days ago. I went in to tell them I still didn't get refunded. he made some calls.I was sent away said he would call me when he figured it out clearly they don't know how to refund. Feeling agitated
This place is so affordable..3 lines for $110.00 plus superior free phones to choose from...it's a no brainier!!! The service as a customer I've received has been out of this world since day1.. coverage wise the only place I haven't gotten service was inside NTN...and noone did.and customer wise the master of all greatphone related sales and service is the one and only Kevin. Kevin is the best! He is very polite courteous and extremely patient kind and knowledgeable when it comes to anything tech wise with phones I highly recommend metro PCS next to American rental in East Brook plazaud83dude4cud83dude4cud83dude4cud83dude4cud83dudc81
Out of the phone I want to upgrade to but was very nice gave me a card to call to see if back in stock and both times I have been in the employees were not rude and waa kind.
Nice workers
Zero would be better. Associate lied about several things that she could not do when I had them done before at another MetroPCS. Associate was more interested in Standing Outside by boyfriend's truck to talk than to do actual work.
