Great staff great experience awesome place to get the things I need..
Bought 3 faulty products from there done being ripped off by them. I will never spend another dime in the store and if you want to save money buy directly from manufacturer because karma will only screw you and get your money and not make it right. Whether it's 10$ or 100$. If you don't believe me look at the one star ratings below saying the same thing. Faulty products rip off prices.
They need to do a better job of hiring knowledgeable people. I was told the Orion Q pods would work for my DNA Orion but it didn’t and since I opened it “I can’t exchange it” even though my second one hasn’t been opened yet. I understand I should’ve known this as well but still you would think a vape store employee would know this. Definitely not doing business with the genius I talked to today anymore haha
Went there today and got a faulty vape. They would not refund the amount. Told me that had to talk to manager in the morning. Can’t believe that they don’t stand behind the product’s that they sell. Told me that I should have tested before I left the store and due to covid-19 they couldn’t do anything about the faulty vape. Still can’t believe that was the excuse since I was the only one wearing a MASK!!!! Very disappointed and will be done with this business
If I could give them no stars I would. Dont waste your time go anywhere but here. Manager on duty is a terribly rude person. When asking about a return of a product that clearly didnt work, she refused to listen to any word I said and referred me to the manufacturer. Awful customer service and a false return policy is one of many reasons to avoid wasting money here.
