DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. the employees have the absolute WORST attitude, specifically Mindy J. and another guy who works in the afternoon that is not even worth mentioning his name. they refuse to be kind and helpful, are incompetent and uneducated when it comes to knowing their job. just go to the corporate store on Central, they will take care of you unlike this store!
Don't bother going here. Tried to get a new sim card for my phone, and she pretty much told me that wasn't the problem but she would change it anyway and would have to charge me $5. Then she suggested i go to the one on Central since it's corporate owned, best thing she could have done.nMoral of the story, just go to the one on Central. They fixed my problem and were super friendly.
Terrible service... they told me if I paid my phone bill consistently, my WiFi will be free, NOPE.
Mindy was great helped me get setup on First Net ! This is An amazing program for us First Responders. I Would recommend going there. SHE is very KNOWLEDGEABLE and provides great customer support!
Wonderful store! Jerry was fantastic. He helped us pick out the perfect new iPhone & accessories. He was so helpful, answered all of our questions, was super professional and very nice! Would definitely go back to this location.
