So rude .....just called to order a cake .not only was I on hold for 15 min. BOTH of the employees i talked to had horrible attitudes, I understand we are in a crazy time right now and they are stressed but WE ARE ALL STRESSED Safeway you just lost a life long loyal customer ...customer service and WORD OF MOUTH are everything and I have a HUGE MOUTH .
I just love Safeways bakery.
