we needed space for our stuff since we were moving from one house to a rental. the gentleman Mr. Russell at the facility could not have been more professional, courteous and nice. He made the task of getting a space ready for us to put our stuff in seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage for anyone's storage needs.

We needed a large storage space for several months to empty our house while we were selling and found it here in Extra Space, just a few blocks from my house. It was extremely easy to rent the space, far cheaper than I expected especially for an easy access drive up space, the hours Extra Space was open were great for us, and our stuff was secure. The guys who work here were also very helpful. Checking out when we didn’t need it anymore was a breeze too. We just let them know the date and that was that! (No one month notice!) We were very satisfied.

Everyone at this location has been extremely accommodating from when I rented the unit two years ago to when I vacated it today. Erick and Andrew were especially cordial and even surprised me with a refund when I vacated the unit earlier than expected. Thanks to all. I highly recommend using the Mahwah facility.

Fantastic customer service! The agent answered all of our questions, showed us our options, explained pricing and was patient and kind. Great value for your money as well. They’re very upfront about taxes and fees - no surprises here.

After procrastinating for 2 weeks, I finally used the online feature and rented a unit! The process was quick and extremely easy! I received my access code and unit number right way and since the confirmation email tells you to go within 24 hours to lock your unit, I went to the facility. I am so glad that the office was still open when I got there because the place is HUGE! Andrew Fondanarosa, the Assistant Store Manager was great! He was just finishing up my paperwork when I went in to ask for directions so he knew right away who I was. Rather than just giving me some general directions, Andrew actually jumped into his golf cart and had me follow him to my unit (yes - the place is THAT big)! We did have a slight problem with my access code not working so after making sure that I got in the building and that the unit was clean and what I expected, Andrew went back to the office to deal with the code issue. In the amount of time it took me to unload 2 boxes and go back to the office, Andrew had figured out the problem and was almost finished resolving it. This place TRULY understands the meaning of customer service!
