If I could rate this company zero I would. Don’t ever move with this company. They give a different price at the time of requesting the move and when they arrive they add additional money and square footage. The guy Steve who takes the orders is the worst we told him our inventory and he marked it however he felt. They also charge extra for our peleton bike which we already told them ahead of time. Save your self the stress and hassle. Also they gave us a two day pickup for moving and they were suppose to call 3 days ahead they called us on the second window and said they were coming in two hours. This company is horrific I should have followed my mind when I saw the initial reviews . Don’t ever do business with them. Get a U-Haul and call it a day.

I am currently doing a move with this company and so far I regret it. They give you a price upfront and then the movers changed it they day they picked my things up. I tried Cancelling with them before they came but was made aware that they would not refund me the $976 they had already charged me. When the movers told me my stuff took up more space I told them i could not afford because the original drop off price was $550 the $1285 they were asking for was extremely too much. they told me to call the company, it was 6:30pm so when i called No one was in office. I called my sister (she was the one supervising the move because i was Already in Virginia) my sister told me they had left with all my belongings. I have Been calling every day since then and i get the same message from every person. They’ll looks into it and call me back. I never Get a call back. The movers called when they got to Virginia to ask my address to drop my stuff off i told Them I could not afford what they were asking for and they had their boss call me. I’m not sure who i spoke to it was either Eric or Alex. As i was Speaking to him and telling him what had happened he said “they wouldn’t leave with your stuff if you said not to” and i told Him well they did. He didn’t like what i was saying and hung up the phone on me. I called back the next day and spoke to the same person. He was very rude and unprofessional and hung the phone up on me again. When i tried Calling back he ignored my calls. I called the company i booked With and they called him themselves and spoke with him. He is now trying to charge me $225 for 30 day storage and says because of the mixup they won’t charge redelivery fee (a fee i was Not aware of). Now my husband and I are stuck having to pay these people what they ask for because they have all of our belongings. I will be suing and taking them to court. Very unprofessional company and if i could give them no stars i would. I’m very upset that i didn’t check reviews beforehand as my husband and I are military and were in a rush to move. If you can avoid it DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! If anyone is unhappy with their move please respond to my review and we can work together in suing the scam company that is ripping people off of their money. The more people that sue the faster this company can get shut down.

Never book with this place, even if it means selling everything and just buying new stuff at your destination. They nickel and dime absolutely everything and its always your responsibility to make things fit their timing. I’m surprised I didn’t have to pay for each individual lunch for the guys that dropped the stuff off.nnI would have paid $5000 more for someone else who is somewhat reasonable rather than, “here we come, you better be ready to accommodate us”.

No even 0 Star, the worst company I ever deal with.nThat don't care about you or your items, they gave me a quote with $560 at the end they won't put my furniture into my new place if I don't pay 600 extra OMG.nPeople this is USA take your dirty mine back to where your PAPA belong.nThe worst scenario they broke my recliner and will not even doing anything about it till I delete my 0 star review ud83dude24 you guys don't even worth my $900 recliner.
