Moved from NJ to Nevada, the owner Justin came to our apartment to assess our things and gave me a quote. I booked them right away because they were very honest about their pricing that included everything with no hidden fees. I’ve had excellent communication with the owner from the beginning and he would respond to my emails right away. I highly recommend this company, they will NOT scam you like other companies! I’ve had nothing but great experience with them. The movers came and packed all our things very well, when it arrived everything was in good condition. I cannot brag enough about these guys! The movers were quick and efficient, I would use them again. Thank you for all that you do during this time!

Our movers were great! We worked with Daniel, Ed, and Israel. They very quickly and efficiently disassembled our furniture and put everything back together at our new house. Nothing was damaged, and they even helped us move more than we originally requested. Highly recommend!!

Optimum Moving was extremely prompt and made the move quickly. When furniture didn’t fit the way that was intended, they were helpful in moving the furniture to a new room. I was also very pleased with how they gave a price up front so there is no mystery involved! I highly recommend Optimum Moving!

In this day and age people should learn that customer service is KEY...and can make and break a business. I called Optimum Moving and from the customer service call, it was nothing optimum about it! The representative was rude and not informative. Just based on that I write this review. The face/voice of the company is important! He was ONLY concerned with the $195.00 that it would cost me for them to come out before they even did anything not to mention the fact that they require a 3 hour minimum. Seems a bit much in this COVID19 era, where things are chaotic for so many people and businesses are folding left and right. While I say price how you want, it is a million moving companies around. Have some character and professionalism when talking on the phone and be KIND!
