Express & Storage Inc

I hired a broke by the name of Quality Van Express, based out of Florida. They subbed out the move to this company, Moving Express. I moved from NJ to TX. They picked my things up on July 2, 2020 and showed up to Texas on July 29, 2020. This means I couldn’t even live in the place I was paying for because they had all of my belongings. When the delivery finally came, the co diction of all of my boxes, mattress, bicycle, everything, was beat up, filthy, boxes were absolutely crushed and destroyed, and my TV is missing- nowhere to be found. I’ve called the office multiple times and no one is picking up, called the “claim center” Anthem Claims and they offer $.60/lb of missing and damaged good. So my $600 TV is probably worth aboutn$12.00 to them. All three companies involved with this move- Quality Van Express, Moving Express, and Anthem Claims are COMPLETE SCAMS. I’ve been lied to by QUALITY VAN EXPRESS about three different times during this torturing month. I warn everyone, DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES. There are terrible people who are doing terrible things to innocent people just trying to move. These companies don’t deserve anything except their businesses to burn to the ground. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE. I will be reporting these companies to the Better Business Bureau.

This company is the worst! Never, ever use them. We did not hire them but went through a broker called United American Movers. Unbeknownst to us, this broker hired them to move our stuff. When they arrived at our home, we had no idea who they were and also said it would cost $2,000 more. After getting on the phone and arguing with them for 1/2 hour, we had to run to the bank. We paid 1/2 the bill in a cashiers check which is what they wanted. Several days later some guy”Moses” called and said our check is no good. Now mind you, this is a cashiers check right from the bank. After many days of arguing with them and getting on a 3 way call with our bank, our bank determined that the check was deposited by someone ( one of their employees that was at our house) the day AFTER we gave them the check, but it was not deposited into the companies account, it was deposited into the employees account. Moses was blaming us until he heard from our bank that one of his employees stole the check. In retaliation, this company kept all our belongings for over 1 month despite many phone calls and very stressful days. When we finally received our property, many, many items were broken. Boxes that had hand made ceramic Christmas items were all smashed as well as stem ware, glasses, and coffee cups. These items were individually wrapped in bubble wrap and had “Fragile” written in blue tape on the boxes. This company and it owners should burn in hell for all the stress and harm they have done to us and our belongings.

HEINOUS CRIMINALS!! held us up for 4500.00 and another 2000.00 when they delivered items. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. Do not use this company we were dealing with Quility express who were paid 3000.00 Bob West was nice but knows what he is doing and you Bob and your company are CON ARTISTS!!! You (Moses)at Moving Express is a lying person! Use a company that will move you and get a physical estimate NOT over the phone for an estimate! Looking into attorney general for further action.

I echo what everyone else said: do not use. They get 2 stars instead of one because the driver who delivered my stuff was really nice. But the rest of the experience was a disaster: they came a day early for pick up, demanded I pay 75% up front (my contract was for 50%, and then the supervisor demanded 80%, forgetting that the driver had already asked for 75%), etc. But at least I got $45 for the two boxes they lost... haha.

Honestly, I'M STILL WAITING ON MY THINGS. Every time I have called this company they have lied to me about when my move will be delivered and the where my stuff is. I would give them negative five stars if that was an option. How are you late, lying about your lateness, uncommunicative, unprofessional, AND unconcerned? I have wasted so much of the last month getting the runaround from them. I have been waiting to have my things delivered for almost four weeks. They're the worst. Bring. Me. My. Things.
