Terrible Service. I’ve gotten scammed recently by one of the employees. Added an extra phone line and protection plan without my consent. Lied to me about the system being down and made me purchase my new phone with cash and never gave me a receipt after saying he would send it through email and never did. Im a 10+ year client and have never experienced such a fraudulent act. I need answers now. Disgusting how things work in this location and I will be notifying corporate.nnEdit: Just found out the employee stole the money I used for the down payment!!! THESE ARE COUNTS OF THEFT AND IDENTITY THEFT!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND WILL BE DEALT WITH. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT SHADY EMPLOYEES TO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND IDENTITY FOR THEIR OWN SELFISH REASONS.

I was interested in switching from metro pcs to tmobile. Ryan was kind, knowledgeable and made it easy to do the switch! My dad and I will be back again!

I went into store 1742 to talk about my account and Franklin and Ezra where very helpful. I left very satisfied. I will be going back if I need help with anything.

The location has plenty of parking. They really good people working there and the latest tech and budget friendly devices.
