Went today to upgrade my mans line the girl and guy that were there were extremely welcoming and friendly. I definitely will be returning soon to upgrade my device next. They have a child’s area which is great I have a toddler and that would be perfect to keep him occupied while I do my upgrade.

The employee wasn't willing to help us out. We wanted to pay the phone lease but he rejected us saying the only option to do so is over the phone, by calling the customer service number. The we asked if we can pay the regular he said yes.nAfter, we went ahead and called the customer service number. They told us that you can in fact pay your lease in the store or over the phone. The guy most definitely doesn't deserve a job. We all know most of us will be replaced by robots ..but in a meanwhile do your job while you still have it!

Weynde the store manager provided nothing less then excellent service. Emely the sales Rep got me a great deal and the environment was great. Will refer to friends and Daive was super cool and he was not even helping me. Very friendly group of people. Thanks a lot!!!
