The staff here are very unprofessional. I got my phone fixed by them, paid a lot of money and the lady wouldn’t let me see the phone first before paying. I got my phone and saw there was many issues that were not there before I tried to reason with the woman there and she was getting very loud then another lady who worked there, came into the argument and started cursing calling me out my name and threatened to call the police. I didn’t want everything I gave them but some of my money back to get it fixed somewhere else since they messed it up. I would never come here again they are to ignorant, classless, and unprofessional.

Staff here is very rude went to get my phone fixed. They said it would be one day and I was okay with it and then when I went to pick it up they said they needed a pin. Ok now it’s the second day and then when I came to pick it up the next day and the lady there gave me my phone it was dead so now I’m thinking why did they need the pin if they didn’t unlock it. When they charged it to 3 percent I looked at it and there were 2 day old messages popping up and notifications meaning they didn’t turn on the phone to check if the screen is working properly. That same day I checked the phone the camera was not working properly, they said to leave it another day to fix it I said ok, I was frustrated already because I paid a lot to fix I yet and it’s not fixed. The next day I use the phone my Face ID isn’t working my Bluetooth isn’t working my flashlight and my cameras are not working. When I go to the store they said they have to charge me more to fix it, I thought it absurd you pay more for something they had caused because when my screen was crackedneverything was working perfectly. They didn’t want to work with me and at least give me some money back or fix it since they are the ones that caused all this problem. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
