Verizon Wireless & Fios TW

I went to this store to check a new phone to replace my old one but didn't know what to buy. This guy in the store was extremely helpful and so friendly. He spent time to show me and explain to me what are my choices. Verizon is very lucky to have this guy. Scott, you are awesome. Keep up the good job.

Excellent service. I went in on a Friday Afternoon looking to trade in my iPhone 10 XS for the iPhone 11 Pro Max. At first Scott looked at my plan and noticed how unusually high it was. He suggested to take off the tablet my family doesn't use and this jet pack that was on it. We then removed it. Then he was able to get me my upgrade and was super patient with me figuring everything out because we weren't sure if I was eligible for the upgrade at first. It was the easiest experience I've had at a Verizon store. Thank you Scott! I wasn't sure of his co-workers name but she was also a doll and was new to the store. She did a great job as well. Thank you!!!

I usually only write reviews when I'm unsatisfied however Ava and Scott's customer service was beyond satisfactory. They both took the time to help me as much as they could and I truly appreciate it. They are an asset to your team!

My first time writing a review and I cannot say enough nice things about the folks in this store.nnA complete difference from that other store (you know who you are) who treated me so poorly when I managed to destroy my phone the day after my husband died.nnI was looking to patronize a different Verizon store and I think I did not expect them to be so kind to me. Which they were. Yes. I will come in again and would recommend.
