Highly Impressive! At entering this location I was warmly greeted my the employees. I’ve never experienced a quick & accurate transaction at a phone store before. I felt that young lady (Ke’Ara) assisting me was polite & well trained. The manager Johanna was on the sideline answering all my questions as Keke worked on connecting my lines. I would continue to go to this location for all my TMobile needs. Finally a store that has it together!

I would like to share how amazing the staff at this location is. They were BEYOND knowledgeable as well as patient with me. They accommodated all of my needs and their attentiveness was like no other. A special thank you to the Supervisor Johanna and Sales representative, Ke’ara for their assistance. I had an encounter there today which led me to leave their store abruptly because of bad information provided. I was told in order to get the first responder discount I had to open up two lines or more and to get quality internet speed I would have to pay a medium grade plan I knew that information was not correct doing my research and contacting another store. Since the Garfield stores closer to me I went to them expecting the same service. Questioning the advice I was given by the female Spanish attendant at the front entrance I contacted T-Mobile corporate office and I was immediately told that the information I was provided or given at the Garfield store was completely inaccurate and that all that service attendant had to do was contact corporate.T-Mobile Garfield location lost a client today and it doesn't surprise me reading the rest of their reviews you have a very simple job at that store and it's to provide phone service and accurate information and when you can't do either then you shouldn't be in that business.
