Wayne Hot Bagels and Cafe

First time here this morning. I like going to different bagel shops getting one thing. Taylor ham egg and cheese. It’s easy to judge a shop off of this popular combination. When I got there a male worker was outside talking to a couple eating at a table in front of the establishment. I walked in and he came right behind me and greeted me and asked me what I’ll be having this morning. Warm and welcoming. I told him what I wanted and it was prepared quickly. The sandwich was delicious. The bagels texture was great. Taylor ham wasn’t on the thin side. It was enough ham to not need to ask for extra. I will be back

Friendly staff and good bagels

I asked for Pepper and ketchup on my sandwich. The lady at the register told the cook the order exactly (i heard her) Then he asked her later what was it again salt pepper and ketchup. She told him the complete opposite! She said salt and pepper, no ketchup! i thought maybe that was for a different order. But then i soon realized it was for mine. If she forgot what i told her, she should have asked. Then I asked does it have ketchup she said no. I said I wanted ketchup and pepper no salt after I clearly saw him put salt on it. She said no he just put pepper and to add the ketchup. So basically I had salt pepper ketchup when I didnt want to add salt for health reasons!! She insisted it was just pepper. I clearly saw him add salt. She just didnt want him to throw it away and redo it because it was HER mistake for telling him wrong. And made me take a sandwich that has salt. Never again going back. I'm not paying people to make mistakes and then not own up to them!!!!
