Nail Works

Today was my first time in the salon. I went in for a gel manicure and let me tell you I’m beyond satisfied. They booked me with Elodia and she did a great job painting my nails and with my cuticles. Now with the whole Covid thing, they take your temperature at the door and then you have to go wash your hands before your service. My appointment was at 10:30 am and I had a great experience. Will definitely be coming back to her.

Every time I've come to get my nails done here, just a short day or two later the nails peel. The dip powder is so thin that eventually that chips off too. I came in a week and a half ago and after three days I ended up at another shop. I've had y'all fix my nails two times prior but unfortunately I can't keep coming back to the salon for fixes a few days after service. The quality is definitely not up to par and I've given my money and time to this salon several times and have the same result each time.

I can shape my nails better at home for free. Second time in a row I asked for round nails and got some weird square/oval shape, different length and shape on every nail. Doesn’t look professionally done. Customer service is bad. But the pedicure is ok.

Large selection of colors. The attention is wonderful. They have a points system. Tips are cash only, FYI.

This place is awful. I felt like I just lived a Seinfeld episode....they took an appointment for me for today at 7pm with Rosie and took my phone number. When I got there at 6:55pm I waited only to find out that they said Rosie went home. I asked why they didn't call to tell me. She pretended she didn't understand me. Then looked in the book and said oh the owner took the appointment. Then the owner said Rosie isn't here. When I asked her the same question she didn't really care. I will never go back. They are very rude!!!
