I had a lovely experience several weeks ago and wanted to relate it, because the gal who helped me, Trinity, was so genuinely kind, and exactly who I needed to speak to that day. Through no fault - I had to return the product I purchased, and wanted to leave feedback stating that there was nothing wrong with the product, or the experience (the service at this branch is exceptional!), and that I won't hesitate to come to AT&T with any further needs in the future. In a kind of funny follow up - the gal I work with backed up my experience with Trinity, telling me that she is an excellent mother to her daughter and very kind to their family. I am so glad to have gotten to meet her accidentally this way. Genuinely good people are rare. This store has a gem

KAYLEE is a rock star!!!! She is always so on it and knows exactly what she is doing and makes us so comfortable with understanding what we are purchasing and how everything works! She definitely keeps us coming back always! GO KAYLEE!

Trinity, Kalee, Helena and Christian are the cream of the crop when it comes to customer service. They went above and beyond to help us through some issues we were having with our service. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! We will come back here time and time again for our mobile needs!!!

I went into at and t in north bend at multiple times to try to get the my at and t app fixed so I could put service on my phone through it. They put the monthly card on for me two months in a row and did not tell me that I could get a prepaid card at walmart and dial 611 to put my monthly at and t phone card on. I went in yesterday to get my card put on my phone and was told that all payments were up except the prepaid card payments which struck me as very strange. I was told about dialing 611, but was not told how to put the card on specifically. I have asperger's and need specific instructions to understand things. The manager was extremely rude and so was the staff. They refused to help me any further and I left the store crying. They need to treat people more professionally and be more understanding of people who have disabilities and are different in any way. I am not returning to this store location again ever.

I had a problem with my bill pay program on my cell and couldn’t pay my bill. So I went into the AT&T store in North Bend and the person on duty jumped right in and took care of my problem. She so nice and very pleasant. I also realized the my screen protection needed replacing so she took care of that to. I went home a very satisfied customer.
