Very deceitful and evil company. Not sure how they stay in business when they destroy whatever they ship then try to cover it up. Stay away..

Quick and easy process for a large freight company

Package sat in their warehouse for three weeks - even after we called and spoke to customer service reps for a week and a half to try to schedule a delivery. They were apparently “very busy.” Never had an experience like that - we ultimately had the cancel the order/shipping. Crazy.

Most freight companies use 18 wheelers to transport your goods, but apparently Estes uses donkeys, seeing as it has taken them 5 business days to go 940 miles from NJ to St Louis and they still have 1200 miles to go before they arrive at the destination in Phoenix. Mind you, an Estes rep told me before I shipped the goods that the shipment would be delivered in 5 days (today) and as of today, they aren’t even halfway. You’d be better off strapping your shipment to the shell of a tortoise or if you’re in a rush (I mean, if you want your goods shipped cross country and delivered in 5-7 business days), don’t choose Estes, go with Roadrunner Freight or literally anyone else instead.

unfortunatly not a good experience. We ordered a shipment who used them as a carrier. It arrived at there north jersey location on thursday. I called to follow up which they told me it would move to a closer facility on Friday. It never did. Then i called to follow up and they said Monday delivery between 8-12 to our warehouse. We put one of our technicians there for the whole time. No delivery. We called around 2 on Monday to find out it never moved over the weekend. Furious! Then we said can we pick it up. No of course not its on a truck that closed. Then we said WT heck where is it going. Its being transported again. Just a cluster at this company. Im giving it three stars because we do understand big companies but customer service is key. Sadly at estes, that not true. They need a complete restructure. Enjoy your day and if we ever receive our shipment i would be surprised.
