I used Relocation Solution to move me from Florida to New Jersey. They had moved several people at our company before so they came recommended by HR. I was a little concerned about doing an over the phone quote but they were very thorough. The price was very reasonable so combined with their reputation I decided to go with them. The actually were able to offer me an exclusive truck for the delivery. David and Miguel were great. I was afraid it would be too much work for two men but they said this is pretty much their entire life :) Everything went smooth on the load. The actually made it to Jersey before I did. Through in a week of additional free storage. Unfortunately the delivery was handled by a different men, but Matt and his guys took over seamlessly. Thanks for the great service and all the help. Will recommend.
I've moved twice with two different moving companies. First time I used another moving company and I got a bad experience and second time I used Relocation Solution service. I must say Relocation Solution was surpassed my first moving company. This company was a really God sent for me. They made my moving was a joyful experience, full of smile, laugh and 100% stress free! The price was also cheaper than the first moving company. I will use Relocation Solution service again for sure! This was a great company to work with. All people here was friendly and will do the best for their clients. I love Relocation Solution. I used Relocation Solution to move me from the city into Jersey last year. I don't remember the name of the crew now but they were great guys. Made the job go quick. I had had some scheduling conflicts and they were able to store my items for a few days for free. Needless to say they were my first choice when I needed to move again. Robert said since they had recently handled my load and were familiar with both buildings they could give me a flat rate without coming out. It's reassuring to know you're locked into a rate. The driver for my crew was named Kevin. Nice guy. Move went very smooth. From what I've seen of RS' s crews the guys are really good at packing the furniture. I have a lot of glass. But like last time it all made it without issue. Funny when we got to the new building one of the workers realized they moved my next door neighbor in last month. My only complaint this time around is they were booked out so I had to take my second choice for move dates but I won't hold it against them, it was pretty last minute.
This is the third time I used Relocation solution. After all three moves I can defiantly say that they are not scam like many movers. They have their own truck which was pretty large and clean like a new one. I saw it first when the movers came to my apartment to upload the stuffs. There was sufficient room in the truck to accommodate my four rooms items. The crews were expert and wrapped with plastic and use blanket for delicate items. They had top priority for the customers requirement. They truly exceeded my expectation. I would like hire them in my next coming move.
It was definitely hard to request them for any more service after what we received from Relocation solution. I thought finding out a trustworthy mover might be complicated for me. But no, luckily I was referred for this company and that came out as the best for me. They came on time, finished on time and reassembled everything what was disassembled on move day. There was no hitch on their work. They did everything thoroughly. After my belongings were taken to their warehouse for a day, they came on the next day to inspect whether any other movable items were left. Then total stuffs were delivered in correct stint. I am happy and always want to work with this company.
