Bad customer service but thank god at least they have cindy

Best sprint store to come by i was in other 3 stores they could not swap a sim card and activate my new phone but here they did it with no problem. They are knowledgeable friendly with positive attitude and they know how to do the job the right way.nI strongly encourage you to come here they are the best.

I had the best experience today with Bill and Dana. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and make you feel valued. This Sprint store is the best I've been to in years everyone here is very friendly and awesome workers. I will be recommending this particular store to family and friends. Thanks alot Dana and Bill your customer service is above great!!! :)

The service was so great I usually don’t like going into a phone store to handle problems.. however Efrain W. The store manager helped me out a lot he has a great personality and is VERY helpful I will definitely stop to see him everytime I have a problem

Great Customer Service!!! Mr Billy went above & beyond to help get matters in order for me. Must add that the location is great and there is always parking. Will definitely be back.
