Some of the people at this branch come off as rude and aren’t particularly helpful. They made a ton of mistakes that lead to massive confusion on my bill. I went in to purchase a new phone purchased my phone outright and denied insurance multiple times. I then purchased my wife a new iPhone and returned it within a few days. They not only charged me for the insurance but they never fully returned the iPhone which lead to multiple charges on my bill. I will not be going back to this T-Mobile branch.

Worst customer service, the reps are so rude, i called them to inquire about the refund the manger promised me while enrolling in new service. The agent hanged two times and said that the manager Andrew no longer work here and whatever he promised has no value and disconnected my phone.nnI have no idea how these people are hired and trained.nnWorst customer service.nnI wish i could rate -1.
