I ordered for curbside pickup because I had 2 kids with me, aged 2 and 4 and did not want to take them out of the car. I can see the employees from the car into the walk up window and I waited...and waited. I tried calling 2 separate times with no answer. I saw them look at me but nobody went to answer the phone. I had to get out of the car and leave my girls to get my coffee. If there are not enough people there to handle doing curbside as well as handling walk-in customers then perhaps they should turn off Curbside orders.

I just came through curbside and after waiting a while for someone to come out, I finally called the store to find out what was the delay. The person who responded stated there were, “only two people working and they were busy”. Why does this location offer curbside if no one can come out? I had my infant in the car so was stuck. After hanging up on me, someone eventually came out with my order. If I was on my way to work or in a hurry, I would’ve been more annoyed than what I am now. Unfortunately for them today, I have the time to write this.

Fast and they know you order soon they see you in the parking lot
