Panera Bread

I've been going to this Panera for a long time. Not all that often and to be completely honest I don't like Panera. It's fast food pretending not to be. I will give Panera kudos for its loaves of bread. Specifically the sourdough.nnWith that out of the way, the 4 stars are for the service. They're nice there but in a passive-aggressive kind of way. They all had masks on and were professionals so that should be 5 stars on its own. However, there was a moment when our cashier got yelled at for what looked like no reason. Then took a while to get our food and we didn't get the right silverware which seems weird but I think it was because we accidentally walked into the wrong area.nnOverall it was a fun trip and they're nice to the customers and professionals.

It's comfortable, food comes fast and tastes good. I drop by often. But they sometimes get the order wrong; more often then they should. While they do tend to deal responsibly their own mistakes, it still would be preferable if they weren't made in the first place.

Service is terrible. InI ordered the Baja grain bowl each to add cheddar broccoli soup but the young lady rang me up for one. I had to . rejoin the line after looking at my ticket. So the prices went up significantly so even though the total was a bit lower than usual I assume she had used my points which I had queried.n.i bought 2 Baja grain bowls with 2 small soups one frontage chicken sandwich That was a little less than 40.00 When I collected my order the bag felt light so I looked at the bowls. Was hardly anything in them so I asked the server what's this I ordered a full not a half. (Was so disappointed I forgot the grain bowls come in one size). I felt dismayed and a bit embarrassed too.Anyway she gave me that. You're not worth my time look then she said. SWEETIE THAT'S HOW IT COME. and proceeded to walk away with the nastiest attitude ever. Then I came home the soup smelt spoilt. I threw away the soup put the two grain bowls together to make one and gave it to my dad as he was the one who wanted a salad in the first place.

Food used to be good, then I don’t know what happened. Service has grown increasingly bad, don’t know what that’s about. Multiple attempts for curbside pickup have been a waste, because you still end up waiting well past your order time. Last time we had plastic in our sandwich (not kidding).

Sandwich was good but French onion soup was not. Need to work on pandemic service skills not well organized. Lacking communication
