When I arrived at the facility I was greeted by a pleasant staff member named Tabitha. She was welcoming and friendly. I had several question on pricing and size of units, the information I received was informative and simple. Although I didn’t purchase unit yet due to it being for my mother. I feel comfortable enough to return with her. Awesome experience. Great customer service.
I had a pleasant experience with this storage. The young lady that helped me was Irene , she explained the whole process and made me feel at ease. It’s my first time putting my belongings in a storage place , nice clean place. Definitely go see Irene. She’s the best.
Firstly I am not one to review anything but I had to because I had Irene assist me and I must say that she exceeded my expectations on customer service, I have had my fair share or dealing with searching for the right place for me and she was friendly, knowledgeable in prices on the units explained the terms to me but most importantly listened to my needs. If I could give her 10 stars I would without hesitation. Thank you Irene for being so helpful...
Shaheim Pleasant takes after his name plus more. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and we'll mannered! I was shocked to arrive and see how young he was! Your staff is amazing!
