Loved the fact that they are open until late. It was 9pm and i was there getting that passport pictures done. I did not have to wait more than 10n minutes. The person who take it would show it to you to make sure you like it and would retake it if you ask them. This is a ud83dudc4d

Waited for fifteen minutes for service. Staff saw I was waiting and didnt help or call for other staff. When I was helped, three staff members gathered and, like a dinner with my inlaws, ignored me and began complaining loudly about cleaning the bathroom. All this with there backs to me. In the end, I was told, with no apology that the pictures that I had ordered hadn't been printed like I had been told. Thirty minutes later. I was informed that the service I had payed for was out of order. Is this a business? How can a store be run this way? Does anything work? Does anyone work here?

With the exception of one helpful employee in the bronx location, the experience was awful. Most of the staff are not informed about their services. I waited 20 minutes until the cashier finally called someone to assist me. That person arrived and told me they had to help the cashier line first. I left that store and went to another location by subway. The computers are slow and not user friendly. I placed an order that was not done by the pick up date. The staff member told me they had forgot to do it and it would be done the following day. I came back and I was told a second time that they had forgotten. The order was placed again and it was finally ready 3 days later. I had planned two more orders for xmas gifts but between the their broken computer terminals and the first experience, I gave up on that idea and planned other gifts. I won't use the photo services again.
