Good selection and friendly service. I was shopping for a laptop and.was.given very thorough information on every single one I asked about which were 7 different ones. Feel confident that I got exactly what I needed.

Buying anything from Best Buy is a hassle , I experienced the worst customer service of all time. I believe Best Buy thinks they have the best prices so there’s no way they can stop getting customer, but believe they will go out of business. Remember it happened to the WIZ... I waited over 3 weeks for my washer and dryer and then sent me the wrong dryer.. to get a client service rep takes about 30mins and if then when the call drops which happens all the time , they won’t call you back, when ask to speak to a manager he won’t call you back either. I would spend an extra $100 for whatever I buy not to shop here again..
