Frustrating. They charge $20 upgrade support fee when buying a new phone. Brought home the phone, turned it on, and it was never activated. Spent two hours on hold and on the phone with Tmobile trying to figure out what went wrong only to find out that the SIM card was never activated.nnThere is literally no reason to buy from this store. Just order it online and save the $20 since you will spend hours on the phone anyway.

Greatest customer service experience. All the sales representatives at this location were very helpful in giving me and my wife a breakdown of my bill and met all my needs! Whenever I have any concerns or questions regarding my t mobile account I come to this location. The staff is pleasant, friendly and always greet me with a smile. Willie the manager is great. He is very knowledgeable, hard working and extremely patient. I can tell his staff values and respects him as their manager. He has a good team under his wings. Best customer service I have ever received at a T mobile store!!

The representatives were so helpful and answered all my questions! I added an extra line for my son and the process was easy thanks to them. This is my only T-Mobile store from now on!
