Fantasia Curly & Coily product is an Excellent product. I will continue to purchase for the product alone it is definitely 5 stars. However, customer service needs much improvement. After receiving the first shipment one of the bottles were not securely taped and most of the product spilled out all over the box. Customer service was contacted had to leave a message regarding the issue to replace the item. There was no follow-up or return call received. And it is for this alone I can't give five stars. Sorry, Great product but poor follow through when customer issues arise. Fantasia might want to review this area. I will order once more but if there's a problem again. My three stars stand.
