Panera Bread

Fantastic food, super nice staff members, regularly great mood. They charge convenient prices and the food quality is excellent. Fantastic work.

Very appreciative of the great customer service at this location. Found a hair in the loaf of bread I got earlier today, and when I went to get a refund with my husband, the manager on duty did a fantastic job handling the situation. He was kind enough to not just give us a refund, but a new loaf of bread. We are grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

At nearly $13 for a half sandwich and macaroni, Panera could ensure each and every tine that fresh lettuce is served along with fresh bread. Avocado had skin left on it. Sandwich was unevenly prepared. Never ceases to amaze me how sandwiches can be prepared incorrectly, and charging a premium to boot. Macaroni, though bagged, was good.

I very much enjoy the dishes and customer service, good area nearby to my house. The cashiers are always super friendly. Will come back again.

The Manager on Duty was great tonight. My wife bought loaf of bread earlier today and as we were cutting it up for dinner we found a hair in it. We came back to this location to get a refund and the manager was a fantastic guy. He offered us a refund on the spot and a pastry that unfortunately we had to turn down due to allergies, but offered us a new loaf of bread instead. That was fantastic customer service.
