My family hired Ferraro & Sons to help move my grandmother into an assisted living facility, which required everyone entering to be tested for COVID. The movers point blank refused to comply with health and safety standards, thus rendering us incapable of completing the move. Managers had to be called in so that the move could be finished, which delayed the move severely. If you value the health and safety of your loved ones, avoid this company at all costs. I am absolutely appalled by their lack of care and customer service.
I am big on reviews, indeed they did not have 5 stars. However, I did use them and I cannot recommend them enough. Strong, respectful and helpful workers. They offered to go above and beyond.. and they did.
This company is a pleasure to deal with. Excellent job, very careful, very friendly and extremely honest with their pricing. I highly recommend them !
