Please listen to my warnings. DO NOT use this company. They are scam artists. They quote you a really affordable price then when your items are in their truck their price tripled. You will spend thousands more than what your original contract is for. My quote was to have 591.00 at the truck after already paying 850.00 dep and then 591.00 in Florida when furniture arrived. Once my furniture was on the truck they said it eoukd be 3200.00. I argued and got the guy to go down to 1116.00 after taking off a sectional couch and ottoman to try to get back to my original est. A nightmare!! I was lucky enough to find this out early into my ordeal and I ended driving to New Jersey to get my stuff out of a storage unit. I was able to stop payment on my check ($1116.00) at the doubled price before they cashed it . I took the contracted price ($591.00) along with the police to make sure there were no problems and loaded our stuff onto our own trailer and will be driving my daughters things from PA to FL myself. Please please please, do not put yourself through this torment. Use a trusted name. Yes it will be more but it eill be the truth and you will have the chance to accept or decline instead of being lied to, and then at their mercy to get your stuff back.

In all honesty, this company and the company that contracted me out to them gave me one of the worst experiences I could have ever had. After they picked up my stuff (the guys they sent were polite, but questionable) and turned a 3 hour job into a 6 hour job. I even helped bring items out to them myself just to speed up the process. Then the price was $2000 higher than what i was originally told by first company. But of course I don’t find that out until after the truck was loaded. After they left is when the real problems arose. Maya, the lady who runs the office side I am guessing, was polite, but seemed overworked or unorganized because I had to call back constantly to get answers to where my stuff was and when they were delivering it. They were very late with my delivery, which I paid for 800 for expedited 4-6 days. Delivery arrived 11 days after pick up. Then they don’t even refund all of my 800 back because they said I was put on first priority, which was not completely true because my stuff was in the back of one of the trucks, so someone else’s stuff was delivered first. Then I finally get info on delivery time about a day before they come. The guys who delivered it were nice, and faster than first guys with one less person, but of course it’s not as easy as dropping off all my stuff and saying goodbye. I had many items missing and several items damaged, which I submitted a claim for. Very frustrating process and I’m still waiting on claim that can take 3 months. Honestly, do it yourself! I should have. I regret hiring anyone. It could have been worse than my experience but it’s not a very organized company.

One star is too good....wish there was an option for ZERO. I contracted with this company for a July 2018 move...move rescheduled 2 weeks later due to closing issues. Green Van Lines showed up with 1 truck and 5 guys. The 5 guys were fine...site manager was great. BUT....when he came in and saw the size of the move he told me there was more than what was contracted for. I explained that I spoke to ‘Jason’ multiple times about the size of the move.I had to speak to Maya at this point. I was told by Maya that Jason was ‘no longer with their company’ and she blamed everything on him...he underestimated the move size, documented the details wrong...she said he did this many times which is why he was let go......Long story short, I was held hostage basically because she told me either I pay the additional $2000 or they would move only what would fit in the 1 truck....what could I do? We had to get out of the current house to get into the new one....$10k, 3 truck/trip fulls and 10 hours later we were in our new house.nnDon’t trust this company. Don’t use them. Don’t use an ‘online estimate’ for a mover . Get someone in your home to actually measure and judge your furniture and to speak to a REAL PERSON IN PERSON!nnLesson learned the hard way!

These guys show up...late, Then give me a price to move even though I contracted with a broker. The broker price was $3,500. These guys quoted me $6,800 . The broker would not refund my deposit and I had no choice. Its a scam. do NOT use these guys. They obviously do not coordinate with the broker or they just play dumb.

Shady as heck. Did not move half the items quoted to move. Showed up an hour + late. Doubled the price once they arrived. Left their trash all over the house. Destroyed a tree in the yard.... oh, they waited until they were “done” to say that they can only take a check and credit/debit cards would be subject to a 5% surcharge! After charging us an extra 3k had the nerve to ask for a tip. Never again.
