This isn’t one of those knock off repair shops this is the real deal, guaranteed bang for you buck. Dan and his associates are the real deal not only are they Knowledgeable and do excellent work on their repairs but they give you that home and friendly atmosphere that a lot of places just don’t have! I brought my nephews iPad to get repaired there and they made it like new and for a real great price, fast efficient work on the repairs and just genuine customer service at its best. This is the place to go and I will be doing my future business here and recommending all my friends and family to come here , best place around hands down!

For all the time spent complaining about poor, inadequate or disappointing service from businesses of all sizes — from Amazon to Mom & Pop, it would be a disservice (to myself, for starters) to not take a few moments to share something very positive.nnSimply put, this place is the best.nnOver the last three years, I have been going to these good folks for repairs, new items, questions and computer problems.nnAfter Apple’s “Genius Bar” proved its title is a misnomer (aside from being pretentious) by telling me that my iPhone was not fixable and I required a new phone, I went to Mac & PC House. I have been going back since.nnI had a serious problem with an iPhone that nobody was able to fix. Apple stores. Kiosks in malls. But, I was determined to get the problem solved because I knew it was salvageable and the information on the phone was critical to retrieve. While I had much doubt it could get fixed, these guys did it! Shocked me.nnI came to see over the next couple years that every time I had a problem with my Apple products (and, a PC laptop) that seemed a lost cause, I knew I had a place to go and that despite natural pessimism, the job will get done.nnIt happened again today. Now, this is my thank you. The result is always the same. Solutions. Results. Fast. Very fair in price. A pleasure to deal with. And, for what it’s worth, a family-operated business to rally around.

Poor customer service. I brought in my laptop for diagnostics and was promised that I will be contacted within a week. Did not receive any phone calls for over a week. Called a couple times to find out what the problem was with the laptop, but have not received any straight forward answer on what the issue was and what my options are. Never had a call back from the shop in over 2 weeks. Had to pick up my laptop and pay the diagnostics fee $25 +tax for nothing. The technician was never able to tell me what the issue was. I could have googled it myself free of charge

these guys are the Greatest. Service does not end with the sale. They are there for you when you need support and they do it with a smile. Need a repair or some help with your computer because you did something wrong. They can get you back and do it fast. I used to us an Istore, but these guys are. just as good and alot faster.

I brought my MacBook Pro in as it was non responsive. They took a look at it and after a few days called me back and suggested I take it to Apple, citing that there were recalls on other laptops for the same problem and Apple just might fix it for free under that recall. They advised me on what to say and didn’t even charge me for the diagnosis. Apple ended up fixing for free what they quoted as a $578 repair. These are really honest people and seriously saved me so much money I’m technically not even a customer and don’t even live in the area but would recommend everyone go here especially if you’re concerned about being taken advantage of because it won’t happen here.
