These guys are the best. I've got a 1969 Mercedes 280sl and needed to get the old Becker Mexico working and add blue tooth. All set up as promised and now able to use bluetooth. Thanks much Ed! You and the team are the go to..... PS. Years ago I had to buy some parts for my deck and they also promptly got me what I needed.

Great job done. Super happy with my vintage Becker enabled Bluetooth. Friendly staff and very competent. Now the radio has a Bluetooth sticker on it and the set up is easy and connects automatically from my cell phone when I turn the radio on.

Very negative experience. Trapped in to this repair scheme for overpriced OEM radios. Overpriced repair costs. You can honestly buy a very nice PC for the price to just repair these head units. Won’t tell you that you still need to go to the Dealer to have some things programmed prior to paying them a grip of cash.

I usually do not write reviews, but this horrible experience needs one. The customer service this company provides is beyond terrible. First of all, they hang up the phone if you do not agree with their rationale or if there is something wrong with the product you’ve received. They charge for new components but they end up sending you “whatever they can find in the warehouse.” They ask you to send in all the components in but do not send you back everything you sent them. Overall, overpriced for low quality. I would definitely not use this company again for my radio servicing.

Repaired a malfunctioning electronic volume control on a Becker BE3302 from a '99 E-class. The tech also installed per my request the Bluetooth streaming option (not for phone calls, just music streaming). Insert an empty cassette tape into the receiver and the Bluetooth feature will activate whenever you select the cassette. Volume control works as it should, I can listen to streaming music while enjoying the classic look of the factory radio. One of the proprietors may be brusque on the phone but they do fine work with a rapid turnaround. Highly recommended!
