We tested 6 backflow devices for this company in June 2019 at their Dunkin Donuts location in Cedar Hill Texas. They dodged our calls and emails to collect payment for months! When we finally got in touch with Hiren Patel on 3/6/2020 he wanted us to go down on the price. We got an alert that he paid only a portion of his invoice. Today we received an alert that he has since reversed the charge with his bank.

Scam artists...be careful whoever consider to work for this crooks..

Do not do business with this company they will schedule repairs to be done, once completed then turn around and try to do credit card chargeback & ask for signatures even though work was done professionally and the equipment is working. They place the call over the phone to other states for accounts they handle in hopes that one one will sign the credit card slip locally. Then file complaint with credit card company. They handle KFCs, Dunkin Donuts & other.

Hiren Patel and Pat Patel of Devine LLC were investigated and fined over 300k for various employment violations etc. by the New York attorney general in 2015. Be very wary of doing business with them!! They will at all means attempt to not pay you!!.. Their credit cards are always declined and will attempt to stop payments or charge back payments even if they pay via credit card.. beware..

Don’t believe the two polar refrigeration reviews. They did unsatisfactory work and would not fix their mistakes.
