Based on my experience , drive through takes a bit long because they busy. Maybe they should implement a way as if your food isn’t ready; Park in parking lot spot #1 and we will walk it to you, that way it doesn’t delay the people that go there just for a coffee or an ice coffee. I Prefer to walk in; always wearing mask, and always friendly

I went there to get the egg and cheese in a croissant. All I asked was for them to not put the bacon. They started saying they were going to charge m e extra for it. IT MAKES NO SENSE. Why would you charge me extra for giving me less things? It was very saddening. Not everyone eats bacon and for them to charge me extra for removing bacon is honestly stupid

Ok the one in TOTOWA the glaze stick are stale

They weren't ready for a real one to pull up at 3 am for a donut at opening...needless to say there were none

Okay this worker named Jennifer gives me life! Shes a sweetheart and so efficient. She hasnt been there since Covid showed up and ruined 2020.
